You may return most eligible furniture and home decor items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging to qualify.

2. Go to My Orders and select the item you'd like to return
3. Follow the return instructions to receive your return shipping label.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Clearance or closeout merchandise
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Items labeled “Non-Returnable” on the product page
